When to use it

When you need to understand why the pdf arrives by email at the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. When you press generate, Winerim prepares the file at the background.
2. Do not expect an immediate download to the browser.
3. Check the email indicated in the Wizard.
4. If the letter has a lot of photos, wait a few minutes before repeating the request.

Common errors

• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
