When to use it
When you need to generate pdf from the letter at the Editor.
Requirements and permissions
- Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
- Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.
Steps
- Open Print.
- Choose content, wine types, photos, sections and prices.
- He's advanced for his assistant to his place.
- Write the right email.
- Winerim prepares and email the PDF.
Expected result and readback
Result: The action is reflected in My letter > Export > Print.pdf.
Check: Back to My Letter > Export > Print.pdf and confirm the result.
Common errors
- The PDF isn't downloading at once while clicking: it arrives by email when ready.
- Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.
Recovery or rollback
Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
