When to use it
When you need to see if there's a recent pdf already in the Editor.
Requirements and permissions
- Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
- Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.
Steps
- Open Print.
- If Winerim shows a previous version, check date and options used.
- Use it only if the letter haven't changed since.
- If a price, wine, language or section was changed, it generated a new PDF.

Common errors
- The previous version may not reflect the latest changes to the letter.
- Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.
Recovery or rollback
Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
