When to use it

When you need to share the pdf received at the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. Open Winerim's email.
2. If the file's small, it'll come attached.
3. If you weigh bad, you'll get a link.
4. Share the file or link with only those who have to see it.
5. Save the final version if you are going to print.

Expected result and readback

Result: The action is reflected in My letter > Export > Print.pdf.

Check: Back to My Letter > Export > Print.pdf and confirm the result.

Common errors

• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
