When to use it
When a wine should come into the letter and we have to decide between an existing catalogue, an application or an importation.
Requirements and permissions
- Session initiated at the Editor.
- Name, winery, add and format tested and front and back photos requested for release.
Steps
- First look for the reference in My Letter and Add Wine.
- If it exists, select exact identity and variant and check price and stock.
- If they do not exist, they open up applying for wine and preserve the fields that have been brought by the client without re-interpreting them.
- Attach complete and legible images as appropriate.
- He's sending or saving once.
- Go back to My letter and confirm identity, variant, price, stock and visibility.
Expected result and readback
Result: The correct reference appears once in My letter with the intended variant.
Check: Search again by name and winery and confirm that there are no copies and open the card to check your information.
Common errors
- Create a duplicate without looking for the catalogue.
- To merge an add, format or label similar to the requested identity.
Recovery or rollback
Cancel before saving if an identity doesn't match. If a duplicate has been created, do not assign it: it keeps ids and scale to support for reconciliation.
