Ask for help on a concrete screen

When to use it

When you have to get help with a specific screen at the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. Just leave the screen open where you have the doubt.
2. Press Support.
3. Explain what action you were trying to do.
4. Don't change your screen till you send your request if you need your support to see the context.

Expected result and readback

Result: The action is reflected in My letter > To request functionality / Support.

Check: Back to My Letter > Request functionality / Support and confirm the result.

Common errors

• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
