When to use it

When you have to get help with a specific screen at the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. Leave the screen open where the doubt happens.
2. Press Support.
3. Write down the action you were trying to do.
4. It includes if the problem occurs in Editor or App.

Expected result and readback

Result: The action is reflected in User Menu > Support.

Check: Go back to User Menu > Support and confirm the result.

Common errors

• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
