Open Support from User Menus

When to use it

When you need to open support from the user menu at the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. Open the user menu or account.
2. Press Support.
3. Choose the appropriate choice.
4. It explain the incidence with display, wine and action performed.

Expected result and readback

Result: The action is reflected in User Menu > Support.

Check: Go back to User Menu > Support and confirm the result.

Common errors

• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
