Unabling an IA automation

When to use it

When you have to turn off an automation at the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. Open Smart Automations.
2. Unput the concrete rule.
3. Guarda.
4. Check that the letter keeps up with the status we have been expecting.
5. If changes have been put into place, run them manually in My Letter, Pairy or Recommended.

Common errors

• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Cancel before confirming if the identity or range doesn't match. If applied, do not recreate blind data: Keep readback and scale to support.
