Understand IA automations before activates

When to use it

When you have to understand automations and have them activated to the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. Read the target of every automation.
2. Check what data you use: sales, stock, margin, novelties, plates or behavior.
3. Valid impact on public letter.
4. It's only activated if the restaurant understands the change.

Expected result and readback

Result: Valid impact on public letter.

Check: Valid impact on public letter.

Common errors

• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
