Steps
- Open Couple Adjustments.
- Check the bottle capacity and service measure.
- Define how many real cups come out of a bottle.
- Just put them away once.
- Check the cost of drink and drink vs bottle at Márgenes.
- Check a witness wine before extending decisions.
Expected result and readback
Result: The cost and production of the glass and bottle reflect the agreed configuration.
Check: Open Márgenes > Cup vs bottle and confirm the witness wine, its cost and number of cups.
Common errors
- To use a theoretical number that ignores the decline.
- To change the adjustment without revising its economic impact.
Recovery or rollback
Reinstates the previous number if the witness wine doesn't match and searches the actual measure before re-changing it.
