When to use it
When you need to explain beverage cost to a restaurant at the Editor.
Requirements and permissions
- Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
- Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.
Steps
- Define the cost as a share of drink costs on sale.
- Show the target.
- Open manual calculation to teach income, purchases and stock.
- It relates changes with margin and purchase control.
Expected result and readback
Result: The action is reflected in Márgenes > Bev. Cost.
Check: Go back to Márgenes > Bev. Cost and confirm the result.
Common errors
- Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.
Recovery or rollback
Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
