Send a request for a change of label

When to use it

When you have to send a request for a label change to the Editor.

Requirements and permissions

• Session initiated at the Winerim Editor.
• Access to the module shown and the exact role depends on the account and should be confirmed with an administrator.

Steps

1. Check that the chosen wine is the right one.
2. Check that the front photo is valid.
3. Add counterlabel if you help.
4. Press Send request only at the end.

Expected result and readback

Common errors

• Do not send a dubious label: it's better to repeat the photo than to change the image of an wrong wine.
• Amend a reference, variant, period or restaurant other than intended.

Recovery or rollback

Go back to the previous screen, clear filters or reload once. Do not repeat a write action until check if the first was applied.
