When to use it
To search for client, create locer, add / edit wine or manage an outstanding order.
Requirements and permissions
- Wine Lockers module enabled.
- Customer and code confirmed.
- Wine, variant and quantity tested.
Steps
- Find the client first and open Ver locker.
- Confirm an identity before creating a new registry.
- Add or edit the wine with an exact quantity and variant.
- Save once.
- Go back to the tab and check an accountant, a card and a record.
- For orders, register only the actual status: paid, added or cancelled.
Expected result and readback
Result: The client's tab shows the right wine, variant, quantity and status.
Check: Open up the search log again and confirm an accountant, card and history.
Common errors
- To create a double client.
- Edit a similar wine.
- Check paid or added before it happens.
Recovery or rollback
Do not erase history. Reforms quantity / status with evidence and scale only if the client's or wine's identity isn't clear.
