- The approval criterion agreed with management.
Steps
- Open RIM Suggestions and read the complete recommendation.
- Check reference, sign, impact and visible support data.
- It's up to My letter, Stock and sales period.
- Accept, discard or leave outstanding according to available authority.
- Open RIM History.
- He confirms what's changed, when and who's approved.
Expected result and readback
Result: The recommendation has an explicit and clear decision.
Check: History RIM shows the expected action and the affected data matches My letter or Stock.
Common errors
- To activate automations without approval.
- To merge a suggestion with an already implemented change.
Recovery or rollback
If the change was wrong, do not erase the history and restore the data from its module with permission and document the correction.
